QR Ordering
QR Ordering System for Restaurants
Guests scan a code, browse your menu with photos, order and pay — without waiting for a waiter. Orders go straight to your kitchen. No app to download.
How Kyro QR ordering works
1. Scan
A QR code on the table, receipt or counter opens your menu instantly in the browser.
2. Order
Guests browse by category, see photos, prices and nutrition, customise items, and add to cart in Arabic or English.
3. Pay
Pay by Mada, Apple Pay or card on the phone — or send the order and pay at the counter. Either way it prints to the kitchen.
Why QR ordering earns its place
- Shorter waits: guests order the moment they’re ready, not when a waiter is free.
- Fewer mistakes: the order goes from the guest to the kitchen display with no one re-keying it.
- Bigger checks: photos and one-tap add-ons lift average order value.
- Less waiter load: your team runs food and handles guests instead of taking every order. See Waiter POS.
Order & pay at the table
Guests split the bill, add a tip and pay without flagging anyone down.
Call the waiter from the QR
A tap sends “call waiter”, “request water” or “bring the bill” straight to your floor staff.
Works in Arabic, RTL
The full guest experience runs in Arabic with proper right-to-left layout, alongside English.
